Dena Kirk, MBA, OTR/L, CEAS, CWCE

Dena is the Administrative Director for Occupational Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services for SIH. She has worked in the field for 24 years assisting companies in Southern Illinois with developing job demand analyses, return to work accommodations and injury prevention programs.

Chelsea Lukens, MSN, RN

A Williamson County native, Chelsea is dedicated to supporting the health of her community through compassionate care, workplace health services, and mentorship for the next generation of nursing professionals.

Kacey Chamness, ATC, Supervisor

Kacey brings nearly two decades of athletic training and occupational health experience to SIH WorkCare, helping local employers build safer, healthier workforces through injury prevention, job readiness, and rehabilitation services.
