Chelsea Lukens, MSN, RN

Chelsea serves as the Urgent Care/Work Care Nurse Manager for the Marion and Harrisburg locations. She has been employed with SIH for nearly eight years, beginning her career as a Patient Care Technician at Herrin Hospital. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Rend Lake College in Ina, Illinois, and obtained her Registered Nurse license in 2021.

Following licensure, she advanced into leadership roles within SIH, serving as a Lead Clinic Nurse and Practice Manager for the SIH Brain & Spine Institute. During this time, she furthered her education by earning both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus in Leadership and Management, from Western Governors University in 2023 and 2024.

In 2026, she assumed her current role as Nurse Manager for SIH Urgent Care/Work Care. In this capacity, Chelsea collaborates with local employers to facilitate access to care for work-related injuries and pre-employment services. She is also a strong advocate for urgent care patients and staff, promoting the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Born and raised in Williamson County, she enjoys being a resource for nursing education in her community and has a passion for helping others grow professionally and academically.
